Real Pain, Real Hope
Physical pain is a warning the brain sends when it perceives emotional or physical danger. Understanding the science of how our brains and bodies work together is key to seeing how TRUTH rebalances the chronic pain alarm. Our symptoms are an invitation to draw near to God to renew our minds with safety, peace & freedom.
The Mind-Body Connection
Pain is how your brain warns you of danger. Even though the pain is always real, the threat may not be structural damage. Emotional and mental stimulants can activate your fight or flight nervous system and as a result, send a cascade of disruptive signals to your body. What this means is the symptoms you are feeling may not be from damage. It may be the result of a traumatic memory, chronic stress, repressed emotions, and more. This condition is the product of learned neural pathways which are developed over time. Great news! These unhealthy pathways can also be reprogrammed by teaching your brain through neuroplasticity to “unlearn” the pain and rebalance your nervous system. Finding freedom from pain is possible. I did it, and can lead you down the same path.

“I’m so thankful I got connected with Jen after I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and struggling to make progress with conventional medicine.
My condition had been swiftly deteriorating and shortly after our first session I began seeing incredible results. She walked me through understanding mind-body syndrome and the different ways that our brains and thoughts can affect our physical body. After making significant progress shortly after our first meeting, she helped tailor my practice to my unique situation and what my body best responded to. She sought out additional resources and testimonials of persons with similar situations to further fine tune my process. She has a wealth of knowledge of MBS and a passion to provide healing to others!”
